  • Late payments may result in service suspension

8. Limitation of Liability

Career Pursuit Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination does not affect obligations that arose prior to termination.
